Do you pick up at my address? We pickup in all neighborhoods of Milford, Wilton, Merrimack, and Amherst, NH. If you want to schedule a pick up, please use the Arrange Pick Up page and we'll pick up your tree.
I lost my pre-printed envelope that you delivered to my house. Will you still pick up at my address? The pre-printed envelope is NOT needed to leave a tree curbside. Simply place your donation in a plain envelope with "Troop 407" written on it, and attach it to the bottom of the tree with a rubber band.
Can I pay online instead of by check? Yes, online payments can be done when you Arrange Pick Up.
Do I need to give you my address for the pick up? Yes, please go to our Arrange Pick Up page and provide an address in advance. Leave your tree curbside with your donation by 8am, and our Scouts will pick up your tree.
December 30th is too early. Is there a later date? We also offer pick ups on January 8th if you arrange in advance. Please use the Arrange Pick Up page, select the January 6th pick up date, and we'll pick up your tree then.
Is there a size limit to the Christmas trees you can accept? We deliver trees to local farms or recycle everything from a Charlie Brown Christmas tree to the Clark W. Griswold Christmas tree. If your tree is taller than 8 feet, please note the approximate height on the Arrange Pick Up page so we can dispatch the right vehicle to handle your tree.
Can you remove the tree from inside my home? We are unable to enter homes to pick up trees. Please bring your tree to the curb.
Do you cut down and remove living trees? No. We remove Christmas trees that were once displayed inside your home or office.
Do you accept artificial trees? Sorry, we cannot recycle artificial trees.
Do you accept Christmas wreaths or balls? We accept wreaths and balls as long as they do not have shaping wires or other foreign material.
Do you offer a reminder email? Yes, we are happy to send you a reminder email the day before your scheduled pick up. Simply fill out the online Arrange Pick Up form and we'll send you an email the day before.
You missed my tree, can you still pick it up? If we missed your tree, we are very sorry and will happily return to get it. If it's after 1PM on the pick up date, please contact us by phone and let us know your address and phone number.
